However, attorneys have informed me that Florida has “weird laws about Contests and Prizes”. So, I will have to create a Scholarship Fund. This fund will soon be available. $10,000.00 Scholarship for legal assistance in the search for the Truth Pre-law or law students will have an opportunity to work on a pending case while in school. My Motion for Appeal is the forum provided for students to use their knowledge and resources to prepare an appeal argument for a REAL CASE. This case will allow you to see the corruption you will be fighting against when you graduate from law school and enter your career. The corruption in my case is real. The jails are full of victims that were bullied into accepting pleas when faced with life sentences given through the misuse of the Racketeering Statutes. Once they accept this Plea, their Right to Appeal is waived and the unethical prosecutor gets to walk away with another feather in his cap whether the accused was guilty or not. Should one man have the power to offer an accused 11 months, 15 days if he will Plea to something he did not do or face 90 years at trial. Does this make sense? We have a Jury of 6 to 12 that are given the power to decide if there is reasonable doubt. We live in a Democracy so how does one prosecutor hold the power to extort a plea bargain. We have more people in jail in this country than anywhere else in the world. Why? Although your legal argument will not be used in my case, their points may very well be.
