I could use your help. I think I need to tell you I am a Christian and I look at negatives as an opportunity to make positives. I have Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, and Jewish friends. They have the God given free will to choose their belief system. I also still believe in the United States of America and our Constitution which grants me the right to assemble. My right to peaceful assembly in civil court has been blocked. My local State government has abused their authority to silence me. I believe most things should be worked out civilly. You can see that I tried to do just that. Prosecutors in Florida have too much power when one Man can charge you and force you to choose between their Right or Life, between 11 ½ months or 90 years. One state prosecutor was all it took to change something from civil to criminal. This was done to me in 1993 by the same prosecutor who forced me to plea to 6 months or face 40 years. Whether you’re a business man or not, you weigh out odds daily. Do I have time for that coffee, yes or no? In my life, I gambled every day. I bought a car hoping that the odds were in my favor that someone would buy it at a profit. The first time the Prosecutor did this to me, I figured the odds were stacked against me. I never had intent of doing harm to anyone but after fighting the prosecutor for 2-years and losing over half a million dollars, I couldn’t torture my family any longer. Who wouldn’t take a plea especially when the prosecutor threatens to arrest your friends and family. I got weak and took the plea. So far, that decision has affected the rest of my life, but that was the first time. It no longer matters if you were innocent when you take a plea. You wave your right to appeal. The judge asks you to admit that no one has forced you or coerced you into taking a Plea. How do you answer that?
This is TERRORISM right her on American soil. I chose 6 months and that determined the fate of my future. This same prosecutor thought he could do it to me once again, but he thought wrong. This time, I am willing to give my life to change things. I am not going to lay down or quit fighting for my God given right. I ask that you pray for me if you can’t do any thing else. I’m not going to tell you that I’m fearless, but I will tell you that when you’ve made the wrong decision once and the same bully shows up 13-years later and this time he arrests my wife, it’s time to fight back. My wife is not mentioned much in this website. As a matter of fact, the prosecutor dropped the charges on her but said he was going to report her to other agencies. It is my turn to report him to other agencies.
I also ask if you would please pray for my friends and family. This has cost them a lot of money and pain. I know first hand about the pains of embarrassment. We should pray for the families of the lawyers that this is going to expose because it will surely be humiliating for them. I ask the families of the guilty parties to forgive me for being the one that took this all the way.
