Mark’s Goals

Here is what I want to accomplish with this website. 

• I want this website to get the word out to the people.  I would hope that this exposes the corruption that has permeated our legal system and sent many innocent people to jail.  I want to expose the ways that our laws are currently being manipulated and how your tax dollars are being freely spent on personal agendas.  I want to unite all the people that have been wrongfully prosecuted so that we can work together with other organizations that are already trying to free the wrongfully convicted.

• I want this website to introduce a program that will be available soon.  My website is a prototype that I’m going to turn a negative into a positive.  It will be a catalyst of change in providing an easier way for attorneys and their clients to access the information needed to expedite the trial process.  If you’re fighting a wealthy client/agency, it is easy to get buried in an endless supply of paper work.  The movie A Class Action starring Gene Hackman does an excellent job of depicting how wealthy clients and their attorneys habitually manipulate the law.  This program gives an individual a fighting chance.  A person’s finances should not determine their freedom.  Ineffective assistance of counsel will not be an issue when there are checks and balances in place.  People do not realize how many prisoners free themselves with an appeal only AFTER their lives have been ruined.  This is backwards and wastes the court’s time and tax payer dollars.  Everyone deserves a fair trial.  My program will change the future of litigation and help restore balance to the Justice System.

• I want this website to redefine the criminal process.  To put it simply, it is not enough to have a restaurant remove the stray hair from your meal.  The goal is to prevent future stray hairs.  How?  A new process needs to be implemented.  Everyone working with food must wear hairnets.  This is effective implementation and elimination of the stray hair problem.  Our Justice System is touted as objectively “Blind”.  Blind Justice was initially a term used to denote objective judgment without consideration of who the charged individual was or how much money he had.  Our Credit System is Blind when scoring.  It tells you the facts about a person’s payment history and their ability to repay a loan.  The crash in the real estate market was caused by the wrong changes such as the subtraction of “ability to pay”.  For those of you who did not take out a loan…If your credit score was high enough, you didn’t have to prove you could repay the loan.  The loan officer at the bank could charge you extra points which meant you had to pay a higher percentage loan rate.  This small glitch crashed our housing market.  Without the ability to prove income, the loan should not have occurred.  The bankers were “selectively blind” just like our current Justice System.  A little bit more money aka a few “points” will get the banker to turn a blind eye…What does it take to make our Justice System turn a blind eye? 

Why do we have a Justice System where one man can complain and whoever complains first determines who the victim is?  If you watch This Video, you will see The Good Ole Boy telling me his “job is to build a case against” me.  If he would have just gathered the evidence and looked objectively with both eyes open, I would have never been arrested.  What happened to starting with a man’s innocence?  A loan officer can’t make a loan without a qualifying score proof of ability to pay.  A police officer should not be able to make an arrest without considering all the evidence and investigating both sides without prejudice.  Even Jurors are not privileged to all of the evidence that pertains to the case.  I intend to provide a way to put ALL the facts on screen, not in 24 boxes.  This will give you a balanced Pro and Con Forum.  Now that would be an objectively Blind Justice System.   

Here is how we do it together.  Our government is like a business. When something is old or out dated you change it.  We are the tax payers who hire the decision makers.  We’ve all heard the slogan “United We Stand, Divided We Fall”.  I may be telling some of you things that sound redundant but for those of you who don’t understand about the Power of the People, I will attempt to explain.  It starts with you and your vote, not at the ballot, but in your mind.  When your mind is made up, it is a powerful thing.  Lobbyist change laws everyday.  It takes money to hire a lobbyist but this has been historically the only way to change things.  However, now, with the internet, you are the lobbyist.  I will create links where you will be able to sign in, email your representative, and if he doesn’t respond with the majority rule, then he will soon find himself in the unemployment line.   We are starting with My Blog because I want to hear your suggestions. 

My Program will be available for the people once this trial is over.  The program has the capability of scanning every document for inconsistencies.  This means every deposition, police report, any testimony and all evidence.  In the past, the state or the federal government could bury you with costly paperwork and the process could drag on for years.  My personal legal battles have created more than 84,000 documents.   My program is capable of illustrating even the variance of signatures on all official documents in any case.  See Hyperlink Signature Variance.doc
