Timeline and Facts
I left automaxx and opeaned my own business. Automaxx Wholesale at the bank of pennsacolla still using their dealers licence I started reaserching the selling of cars on the internet. BOP wants to hold my drafts so I closed the account so I opened an account at Horizon Bank 9 mile Road Branch with Annette Cruise. The location is down the road from my house in cantonment and the bankcs across the street from the bank of pennsacola. David Turner is unemployed/ Doing construction.
Mark sells first car, Ford Mustang on the internet, with auction on ebay written in HTML, ebay for dummies was the the material that helped put this together. Still opperating as AutoMaxx Wholesale at Horizon Bank. David Turner agrees to get me my own dealers licence so I can stop opperating under AutoMaxx and start retailing cars. David Turner also tells our mother Mag Turner (mother) what he is doing for me. See trial transcripts for mother testimony David Turner also gets his own dealers licence in Alamama, he calls it state line wholesale. Opens an account at Bank of America using his home address in Milton, FL. See his address recorded on his checks and my address listed on my checks. Address reflect our seperate homes and seperate businesses.
Due tax advise by my accountant I sent David to Incorporate Auto Gallery of Pennsacola (AGOP) We did not request any stock certificates. David told me it would be an extra expence and did not think I wanted any, and I agreed.
In the year 2000 would have been the first year that I used the corporation AGOP, Inc. This is also the year I had my rights restored and started rebuilding my life. I re-mortgaged my home and put $205,000 in my Internet business. David still opperated as State Line at the time.
Business was great and my wife Nancy informed me we where living in the wrong school district for the education we needed to provide for our children. I looked for a home in Gulf Breeze and found one in August of 2001. Having 2 homes 2 mortgage payments I continued to work out of my farm house in Cantonment. All was going well untill 911 occured and the economy crashed. THe big three card dealers announced zero % Intrest rates and everyon's inventory began to drop in value. My inventory fell at the same time. THis did create a financial bind, this is the time President Bush's speach to america said not to give up and continue to make purchases. When others chose to file bankruptsy I chose to continue to do business and move forward. Rather than give give up. Taking a second job at Worlld Ford a Group One Company, handeling inventory for the dealer. I moved AGOP to the Thrifty Rent A Car Store whch was located on W' Street behind World Ford. I could watch my business and work for the FOrd Store at the same time. The GM knew that I had my own business and continuisly asked if I would work full time at the dealership. I declined and continued running my own business and working part time for him. This is also the same year the states Attorney's office investigated me and Anthony Ramsey, Anthony being the salesman and myself being the owner. They aslo investigated Charlie Paliezio and myself, him being the salesman and I myself being the owner. I was unaware of this investigation until my criminal trial. Every complaint was already satisfied and the state never made me aware that I was ever being investigated.
Still working in the internet business at this time. Thrifty sells their lot and property and I am forced to move business to a warehouse 3 blocks from World Ford. Lisa Levin Zolnoski contacts me and asks me if I had anything her husband Joe could do for work. Joe was suffering from depression and would not get out of bead until the afternoons. He was not doing weel and needed a break and a job. That year Joe worked with us at the Auto Gallery for several months and realized that my internet business CarCityDirect.com was where the money was going to be in the future. He asked me what I would take for half of the ownership on Car City Direct business and I informed him I was re-structuring everything. We finally came to an agreement for $2.5 million dollar figure for half of the business. Later that year Lisa's family was inquiring about her money, Joe told me that they wanted to know where every check went and where all the money was. I informed Joe that I did not have a problem giving their money back or having the business appraised. Their money had been going into a record company they owned that was a bottomless pit. Joe begged me to let him stay in business with me and I realized that I did not need to be in a family business relationship. Joe had extensive luggage from the marrage and was struggeling with the desicions that he and Lisa had already made. At this time I told him everything he wanted to do needed to be written so that I would have evidence in the future if I needed to recend the agreement between us for any reason. See Evidence Zolnoskis We had the business appraised by a certified appraiser who said the business was valued at $2,250.000.00 at that time. After this we started resending the agreemen twith them and their attournyes. I contacted Rick Hammelton an he said pete was intrested in my business. We had already moved back to the farm and spent money and time on the appraisal and the move.
Levin- Zolnoskis agreement was then recended. Pete Moore comes into the picture and I explained to him recision agreement and what it was going to cost me and how I had fell behind due to the economy and the events of 9/11. They paid me from the slush fund to help me out and I gave them mortgages on my two homes so that Pete would feel more comfortable giving me even more inventory. He then asked me to move closer to his dealership and told me he would pay my rent and any other expences that I would occur. At this time I only owed him $146,000 and he wanted the mortgages to be $220,000 and I went to Rick and he told me to trust him as always and I would never pay anyone more than I owed them. The morgages on the farm where only to be recorded only if somthing happened to me. After moving to the farm to Navy Blvd, across the street from Pete Moore dealership I put the farm on the market with no results. I went to Rick and told him I was intrested in selling the farm to anyone that wanted it but Pete and Rick later informed me that they had enough real estate. My brother David Turner said that he would buy the property and it would help him if I sold it to him because he could re-mortgage it and put cash in his pocket and this would also give him enough money to pay me what he had borrowed. So I sold the farm to my brother. December of 2003 my brother robbed me and my best friend Rick Hammelton comes across the street from Pete Moore Delership where he is employed as the GM/VP. He tells me that were already doing so much business together that we would not let this business go under and he would take it back across to Pete Moors dealership and I would be compensated. See the rest of my story for terms on compensation I never recieved Bank of Pensacolla calls my attourney in late 2003 and tells him the reason my account is frozen is because of their uncertanty of ownership. David hires a lawyer and the banks lawyer, my lawyer all agree the money in the bank beloned to me so I went to the bank and picked it up and put in my attourneys trust fund for safe kleeping. I contacted Pete Morre and he informed me he had no use for me now that he had my business Quote; "let the attournys worki it out Mark" this was his statement to me and I realized that he was going to rob me at my most vurlnible point.
Now broke, unlicenced I had to figure out how I was going to feed my family and prove Pete Morre had solden my business away from me. After proving this to my civel attourney we agreed to pay the vendors that I owed from the frozen money in the account and thats what we did. I showed him the things you will see on this website and you will agree Pete Robbed me and has done everything he could not to pay me. |
