On this page what I am going to show you is the history of my intellectual property CarCityDirect.com. The site is no longer active but we will be able to pull pages and show them on this website from the available server after it was sabotaged. I'm sure that many will be supervised that these files still exist even after the site was taken down.

Our goal is to show as much content off the original website. We will walk you step by step through the intellectual pieces of the web site that where stolen and sabotaged. After I turned over my business and password to the protected web server many of the files where erased to make the complete site inoperable. This was done in attempt to hide what was stolen from me.

This represents a powerfully piece of evidence that what I had created.

To begin we will describe the original web site concept and functionality for the main page.

Below has two sections highlighted.

Yellow: This section is is about dealer services and the dollar a day program.

Search

The search section would enable you to search any car in the database. You could also search all or any single state or any single car dealership nationwide.

Dealer Listing

We provided the dealer with access with his own "extranet" this included a password protected section that would allow the dealer to list all of the cars that where for sale both new and used inventory.

• The features that CarcityDirect offered where state of the art and offered nowhere else. The system that was created offered tools and online upload of listings in 60 seconds. This functionality was not offered by Ebay or Auto Trader and was destine to become a major online automotive dealer and consumer auto listing service provider in years to come.
• Car City Direct.com (CCD) has made it possible to give the dealer a low cost means to show the internet public their inventory. Once set up with CCD you the dealer will be able to add your online showcase in a matter of minutes, and with you adding the information you can put what you want to say, unlike the limitations of classified ads found in the local newspapers.

Above in the red section you will see the general layout of the listings on the main page. This was developed to offer quick links to listings of the featured autos.

Point #1 - This exact layout was what Pete Moore stole from my businesses. This coding and exact layout was used in Pet's international sales

• In court one of the witnesses named XXXXXX actually admits taking and copying this for Peete Moore's own use. His court testimony is proof that my intellectual property was used and was taken without payment.
