Prosecutors Gone Wild

I’m not the first one victimized by a Bad Prosecutor.  I Googled “Bad Prosecutor” and there is even a Top 10 List.  I also found that the State of Florida has a $300 Million lawsuit pending against it for corruption in the Panhandle.   Go to my Links Page.  Prosecutors in the Florida Panhandle have gone wild.  Florida Special Prosecutor Russ Edgar tops them all.  What does that mean?  Let me break it down for you.  Assistant State Attorney Edgar has a reputation of being an unstoppable prosecutor.  He has served under two state attorneys that I know of.  When I asked “Why doesn’t someone above him reprimand or oversee his actions”, I was told “Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer”.  Apparently he has something on everyone.  But he has nothing on me.  This doesn’t mean he won’t make something up.  As a matter of fact, he has a reputation of fabricating evidence where there is none.  But apparently, I am the only one with balls enough to show you.  I will show you that Florida Prosecutor Edgar ignores exculpatory evidence and builds a case based on biased testimony by witnesses who are highly motivated to lie all while laughing at the law as he bends, breaks and manipulates it.  He is an unethical and unscrupulous liar.  He will conspire to cover up the truth and even after his allegations are proven to be untrue, he will drum up new charges.  He selectively prosecutes and carries out personal vendettas.  If he doesn’t get the judge he wants, he venue shops and will drop charges until a preferable judge takes the bench, then he recharges you again.  At the bottom of this website, you will find all my accusations are supported by documents that are public record.    

Attorneys in the area will tell you to “take Edgar’s plea” and when you come home from serving time to “relocate to another town”.  They claim he will fabricate evidence to get a conviction.  When a witness doesn’t cooperate with his agenda he will intimidate and threaten to have them arrested.  He has a reputation for charging everyone he has arrested with a “Life Sentences”.  Now, you would think someone like this would have to abide by some code of ethics.  But even the local attorney’s fear his wrath.  They will talk freely about his illegal and unethical practices only behind closed doors.  Prosecutor Edgar thrives on the double crime.   What I’m saying is if you get two speeding tickets,   you do life.  That’s right, any two crimes gets you Life.  Edgar calls this RICO.  That is a misuse of the racketeering statute but he has misused successfully in the past and continues to do so.  Most men will coward down when facing a life sentence.  I am not one of those and Edgar is not your everyday Prosecutor.  I am going to expose everyone involved in wrongdoing with Prosecutor Edgar.  Prosecutors are supposed to be representatives of the Justice System and are sworn to uphold the Truth.  But whose Truth?  Prosecutor Edgar upholds only his truth while disregarding the Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth.  He will lead his witness and threaten yours.   

Prosecutor Edgar engineered a false case against me that started with victim testimony where the victims were the one guilty of stealing my company.  They were highly motivated to give false testimony against me because they were trying to put me in prison so that I would not be able to continue with my civil suit I had pending against them.   Prosecutor Edgar strategically orchestrated a criminal lawsuit against me to stop my 1st Amendment Constitutional Right to assemble in civil court.  See S.L.A.P.P in “What They Stole From Me” Link.  Then Edgar brings in a show pony, a State Forensic Accountant who relied solely on evidence provided to him by Edgar.  Where did Edgar get his figures?  From the people I am civilly suing.  Then he ignores exculpatory evidence proving that I not only don’t owe them any money, but that I also overpaid them.  His MO is to load you up with so many charges, then tell the jury “All you have to do is find Mr. Turner guilty of any 2 charges”.   How can one man have the power in his hand to determine another man’s lifetime.  Prosecutor Edgar has done this to me twice.  Start with Quick References or mouse over and see Prosecutor Edgar’s Bar Complaint for a brief summary of what I am exposing.
